Abundant Tables at Healthy Eats: A Charcuterie Class
June 24 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm$60
About this event
Charcuterie platters are the ultimate grazing feast; a beautiful assortment of delicious small bites. Erika Boutillier from Abundant Tables joins us in the kitchen and teaches us some fun tips and techniques to assembling the perfect charcuterie board. She is a true food artist and has an eye for designing a inviting tasting board that makes you want to eat and sip slowly and enjoy the moment.
This is a hands on cooking class where participants will be assembling their own board. You will bring a charcuterie board or platter you want to use. Ingredients for the boards will be enough to feed about two people. There will be a variety of foods available to create your own perfect board with. Even some delicious dairy free cheese options from Healthy Eats will be provided (recipes included). Each participant will need a ticket for the class. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know on your ticket.
In addition, we will be collecting optional donations for the YWCA to be used for a cooking class or other food needs. This is strictly optional and not required to register for the event.
Menu: (platters serve 2)
Options for your board provided: Cheeses (dairy free options), Cured Meat option, Pickled Veggies, Mixed Nuts, Crackers (gluten free option), Chocolates, Mini Local Honey Jars, Raw SeasonalVeggies, Fresh Local Fruits, and Dried Fruits
Drink to have while assemble your board: Fruity Sangria Mocktail
We look forward to seeing you soon! Sign up while spots are available.
COVID update: While moving around the class masks are to be worn if you have not been vaccinated. If you have, you may go without a mask. You do not need to wear a mask if you are seated or standing while assembling your own board, eating, or drinking. There will be a health pre-check sent out prior to the class. These rules are in compliance with guidance from the Health Dept. and will change again after June 30th. Thank you for doing your part to help keep everyone healthy and having a fun time!
