Cooking From Your Pantry: Immune Boosting Foods

About this Event
This brand new online cooking class will teach you all about the functional foods that are effective at boosting your immune system and will also give you unique ideas of how to incorporate them in your everyday life! Not only will we teach you some fun recipes to do at home, but also address how to strengthen your immune system one meal at a time. Join Elaina Moon, owner of Healthy Eats, and Ineke Ojanen, RD as we turn these highly accessible foods into something uniquely delicious and nutritious! Recipes will be emailed to you the night before for easy printing and following along during the live event. You will receive access to a private group on Facebook and the live event will be broadcast from that group. Watch alone or with the family members in your home as a fun activity to do together and spark some new interest of cooking these everyday superfoods at home! The live broadcast can also be watched at any time after it airs.
