Andrea McCoy from The Salt and Stone Blog is back in the Healthy Eats kitchen to showcase some of her most delicious end of summer salads. This is a pick up meal with recipes and a video for more information on how Andrea creates these dishes for her family. Your pick up meal will include a trio of hearty summer salads and an artichoke dip with bread all highlighting some of our favorite farmers market goodies. Some celebrate the last of summer with this beautiful and inviting meal from Andrea. You don’t want to miss this event!
Order the number of meals you need based on the number of people you’re feeding. Each meal serves two hungry adults with some to spare! Pick up meal from 500pm to 630pm on the 9th. Enjoy at home or picnic in a park. Recipes and video will be emailed out the day after.
Menu:
Serving for 2 includes:
Melon, Cucumber Salad ~ a bright and light salad full of delicious and juicy watermelon, cantaloupe, and crunchy cucumbers
Herby Potato Salad ~ a fresh take on potato salad with a bright herb gremolata
Farm Stand Pasta Salad ~ packed full of local veggies with a lovely cilantro vinaigrette
Artichoke White Bean Dip~ creamy white beans blended to perfection with artichokes and served with bread
A single serve meal is available as well and comes with all the above but in a smaller size.
Menu is dairy free, gluten free , and egg free.
