FITT 14 Day Challenge – FITNESS + INSPIRED + TRAINED + TRANSFORMED

What is the FITT 14 Day Challenge?
Life happens. We all need a reset when life throws us curveballs. If our healthy habits get off course, we can feel the struggle of trying to get back into a routine. This 14-day challenge will help you do just that. Join me, Elaina Moon, BS, Certified Health Coach and Weight Management Specialist, Mai Nguyen, AAAI/ISMA Certified Personal Trainer, and Allie Haro, Owner of Local Beet Meal Prep, as we guide you through the exciting process of creating new healthy habits and transforming your health for the long run.
How this works:
Each of your wellness trainers will check in with you daily with workouts, nutrition goals, and other health goals in a Facebook group of 10 participants. Each participant will track their food with Myfitnesspal, check-in on daily posts, complete the workouts, and other tasks throughout the day. For each item they participate in, they will accrue points that we total at the end. Our goal is to increase accountability with this group setting and point system. At the end, we will have give away prizes for the participants who complete the most tasks: A gift certificate to Local Beet Meal Prep, two private training sessions with Mai, and a month of Free Health Coaching with Elaina. Allie has provided an additional add-on option of healthy plant-based breakfast/lunch packages delivered or for pick up each week. You will be given a discount code at registration to access those meals.
What this challenge focuses on:
Physical health: Exercises and stress management workouts with Mai each day in video or written format. There will also be a private in-person yoga event included.
Nutrition: Allie will be providing additional meal options and Elaina will walk you through what a healthy diet consists of and all the components you need for your nutrition goals. Be prepared to incorporate more whole plant-based foods every day!
Mental health: Each day will include an additional focus on mental health including improving sleep, stress, anxiety, gut health, and much more.
