Harvest Dinner with Healthy Eats + The Salt and Stone

In celebration of the incredible fall season, join Fortuity Cellars for a harvest-inspired, outdoor winemakers dinner* Friday, October 22nd, at Fortuity Cellars.
With a focus on incredible and bountiful produce grown locally in the Yakima Valley, Healthy Eats and the Salt and Stone have collaborated to put together a delicious plant-forward menu highlighting the very best the Valley has to offer.
The menu, while not specifically vegan or vegetarian, is a thoughtful approach to the heart and soul of what grows in the Valley. Local greens, crisp apples, creamy pumpkin, bright tomatoes and sweet tender pears are just a few of the stars of the show. Courses will be carefully paired with four Fortuity wines.
Fortuity is excited to share a new wine with you, the all-new Amusez-Vous sparkling wine done in a méthode champenoise. This is the first time we are pouring this wine publicly. You’ll also have a chance to purchase bottles to take home that evening.
This winemakers dinner is the perfect way to celebrate the glorious fall season. The outdoor heaters will be on, the food warm and hearty and the wine paired perfectly and deliciously. So bundle up, grab a friend or two and join us for an evening to remember.

Warm chai-spiced pear puff pastry with homemade brown sugar caramel and vanilla ice cream
