Meal prep and planning is one of the best things you can do to prepare for a week of healthy meals and keep your budget on track. In this class we will be learning all about meal prep and planning a week of meals to help you eating healthy. You will receive two hours of instruction with a meal planning packet including: Three Healthy Eats recipes, a sample meal plan, weekly meal planning sheet, grocery list, meal prep and planning basics sheet, resource list, and tips for making it all easier! In addition, I will demo and prep two great make ahead recipes that you will get to taste in class. You will be also be writing your own meal plan for a week of meals that fit your families needs. This is a great opportunity to ask questions about specific dietary needs. Only 20 spots available.
