Welcome to the world of Indian cuisine! If you’ve been wanting to recreate some Indian dishes at home, then this is the class for you. Not only are we cooking with some amazing spices and ingredients, but embarking on a celebration of Indian cooking. These classic dishes have been modified for the home cook, simple enough for the beginner but creative enough for the seasoned cook. This is one class that’s not to be missed and sure to be another popular Healthy Eats class.
This class offers two options to join, in person and online. In person access is reserved for Healthy Eats VIP list, sign up at healthyeatsnutrition.com/vip-list. The online option is open to everyone and is one hour long from 530pm to 630pm. The in person demo class is two hours and includes a full meal and lots of fun. Both options come with the recipes emailed and the extra add on for your own pre-measured set of Indian Spices to pick up the day before the class from Healthy Eats Classroom.

Only 16 spots available for in person class. Tickets are non-refundable. Kids over 8 are welcome to sign up with an adult and need a separate ticket. Message me with any questions. Menu is dairy, gluten, and soy free.

Elaina Moon is an ACE Certified Health Coach and Weight Management Specialist, CDC Diabetes Prevention Lifestyle Coach, and holds a BS in Nutrition and Non-Profit Management from CWU. She is the owner of Healthy Eats Nutrition Services and Healthy Eats Classroom and has been teaching cooking classes in Yakima since 2015. She has a passion for helping individuals live a healthy life through nutrition education and health coaching. She teaches two healthy lifestyle classes for Memorial Hosptial: ACT! Kids Healthy Lifestyle Program and Diabetes Prevention Program. In addition, she volunteers her time to nutrition-related non-profits including Meals On Wheels.
