Teen’s Cooking Class: Basic Kitchen Skills

Teens only cooking class is here! Healthy Eats first-ever cooking class just for teens looking to develop their kitchen skills and broaden their abilities to create easy and simple dishes! This class will teach a variety of kitchen skills including: basic kitchen safety, organizing your cooking space, and knife techniques. Teens will enjoy a full meal they will help create in small groups. This is a hands-on cooking class and each group will help create one of the dishes on the menu. They will also receive a packet of information to take away and continue to practice these essential kitchen skills at home!

Menu items are quick, easy, and help your teen practice the kitchen skills learned in class. All recipes are dairy free, most are gluten free and whole foods, peanut free, and plant based. This menu gives them an opportunity to try new foods while enjoying some favorites!
Class is $40 per person and tickets are non-refundable but are transferable to another person. Includes 2.5 hours of instruction, recipes and packet of information to take home. Class is recommended for ages 11-18 years.
